Ingredientes:

2 pacotes de natas,

1 lata de leite condensado,

1 pacote de bolachas oreo (normais)

 

Preparação:

Tritura o pacote de bolachas Oreo e reserva. Seguidamente, bate as natas até ficarem consistentes. Mistura a lata de leite condensado e, por fim, as bolachas trituradas.

Leva ao frigorífico durante umas horas e sirve.

Sugestão da chef: usar leite condensado light e servir a mousse com morangos ao cubos.

Oreo Mousse

Ingredients:

2 packets of cream,

1 can of condensed milk,

1 package of oreo biscuits.

 

Preparation:

Grind the package of Oreo wafers and reserve. Then, beat the cream until firm. Mix the condensed milk and, finally, the crushed biscuits.

Put it into the refrigerator for a few hours and serve.

Chef’s suggestion: use light condensed milk and serve the mousse with strawberries.
